Our engagements and implementations consist of three phases that are aligned to best practice roll-outs of Jira Service Management.

Enablement and Organizational Change Management are integral throughout the phases of the implementation to ensure a straightforward go-live.

Any requirements captured during the solution design and implementation that were not prioritized for Phase 1 are automatically added to your backlog, where they can be added into a formal Phase 2 project taken care of by your internal admin team, or Flight Crew’s Remote Admin Program.

Plan your solution in workshops led by world-class architects and business process consultants to fully capture all technical requirements and create stories before planning the sprints. 

Implement your solution with stories executed in sprints by technical consultants experienced with both JSM and common integrations like Microsoft, Workday, and others.

2 - Implement

3- Transition

Transition the solution from the implementation team and get ready to go live with end to end testing, training and documentation, user acceptance testing, power user training, and Atlassian admin training.
