Transformation Assessments are an analysis of your Service Management program where an Architect looks at your existing tools, processes, and stakeholders and puts together a detailed and quantifiable roadmap of the areas that would benefit from Jira Service Management (JSM).

The whole process is only three steps and is completed in about four weeks from the kickoff to when the assessment is ready for review.

We meet with your team for less than thirty minutes to discuss expectations for the assessment and scheduling of the review sessions.

Next we hold a two-hour process review session and stakeholder interview to gain an understanding of your existing processes and use of any related Service Management tools. The key focus areas include:

  • Process Area Best Practices
  • Feature / Gap Analysis
  • Critical Integrations
  • Development Best Practices

After the analysis period is completed we will provide a detailed assessment of what areas would easily benefit from JSM, as well as identify any areas that would not be a good fit (although that is becoming more rare as the platform rapidly matures).
