In a 90 minute collaborative, working session, we will evaluate your Service Management environments for how efficiently planned and unplanned work interacts across the organization, whether that is team, department, or multifunctional level, then quickly provide a best practice demonstration of how the Atlassian teamwork collection can improve visibility, end user experience, reporting, automation, and actually make Artificial Intelligence technologies useful.  

Reverse Demo
(30-45 minutes)

In the first 30 minutes your team walks through your current system setup and processes.

As you screen‑share, we document use cases, pain points, constraints, and goals.

Flight Crew then demonstrates how those scenarios operate in JSM, including recommended processes, workflows, configuration options, and automation.
